Chef Vanessa and Chef Eliza will guide you in a 40 minute class with some easy-to-find ingredients in your pantry!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats (not instant)
  • 2 Tablespoons seeds/nuts of choice (sunflower seeds, or pumpkin seeds, or almonds, walnuts, shelled pistachios, etc.)
  • 2 Tablespoons flaked coconut (optional)
  • 1 pinch sea salt 
  • 1-2 tsp honey (or maple syrup, agave)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (or olive oil)
  • 1 T raisins or your favorite dried fruit (currants, cranberries or cherries)
  • 1/4 Greek Yogurt or Coconut Yogurt
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 handful berries or fruit of choice


Equipment:

  • 1 sheet tray (or saute pan if making on stovetop)
  • 3 mixing bowls
  • 1 cutting board and knife
  • 1 spatula
  • 1 mixing spoon
  • 1 cutting board + 1 knife
  • 1 whisk
