Chef Vanessa and Chef Eliza will guide you in a 40 minute class with some easy-to-find ingredients in your pantry!

Ingredients:

  • 1 T  Zucchini or squash, grated and squeezed
  • 1 T Carrot or potato, grated
  • 1 T frozen peas
  • 1 T Frozen Corn
  • 1 T grated cheese of your choice
  • 1 T Milk
  • 1 tsp Plain Greek Yoghurt or sour cream or melted butter
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup Flour 
  • 1/8  tsp Baking Powder


Equipment:

  • 1 mini muffin tin or large muffin tin, lined or greased
  • 1 box grater or food processor with grater attachment, or cheese grater
  • 3 mixing bowls
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • 1 cutting board + 1 knife
  • 1 whisk 
  • 2 spoons for stirring 
  • 1 spatula (or another spoon)
  • 1 zester, if available
